ergh..... geramnye!!!

why do I always keep losing important, seldom to get photos? why my stupid hand keep accidently deleted those hard to get pictures? ergh... hate hate hate...!

why dint I bring a proper camera when I need it so badly?

this time, I deleted pictures of DAVID BECKHAM. yes

you read it. David Beckham. That metrosextual footballer that married posh Victoria.

I had his real person. in photo. right inside my N73.

none anymore... It just got deleted.

Was stopping by the airport for dinner with my colleague. when we reach the airport arrival hall with the hotel shuttle bus, we saw lots and lots people. And reporters and camera mans too. Now despite this is one of Korea's International Airport, it is one of the main one too.

Despite the norm that celebrities do land in this airport and photographers are a norm, we decided to be the busybody and ask who's coming.

"David Beckham" said the information counter.

we just thought, why not, and ran upstairs to view him at a closer range (arrival gate were flocked by fans and photographers)

waited and waited, he finally came out. not with Victoria, but his football team.

though its not at close range, at least i HAD his pic.

the back of him actually. cos he were facing the crowd. so do we... and his face as tiny as a baby ant cos N73 with 3.2 mp camera still cannot zoom his face properly.. i mean... his head.. the back of his head...

still i had his photo leh!

den when I came back after dinner, excitedly wanna blog it out, I bluetoothed those pictures to my laptop. I marked those pic and bluetoothed.

normally, this bluetooth works. but not today. It dint. and instead of unmarking all, I deleted them.

then I couldnt find it in my laptop.

aih.. so frust i dunno what to do! i thought it just got sent to other hidden folder in my lappie but search attempt couldnt find a shit... sigh...

the last time i lost another pretty shot were last year's hari raya..

how many times will i have the hari raya chance where im in malaysia, and families around, visiting a look out point in ampang, and have middle eastern dinner? how many times?

once. is that answer... even if it does have twice, thrice, it wont be the same... :((((

Mari masak agar-agar

With boredom overflows... i decided to use it to make...

AGAR - AGAR

One of Malaysia's famous delicacies, its a tradition to make it for chinese new year or and ocassion actually... even best, after dinner desserts...

all you need,

bay leaves/ pandan leaves, about 3-4 pieces, cleaned, and knotted like this.

instant coconut powder. you can use liquid, or better, freshly squeezed coconut, but I prefer the instant one and powder as liquid sometimes tends to be spoilt easily...

agar-agar... sold in supermarkets... i got myself 2 packets for this time...

First, you need to wash the agar-agar... (i believe its better to wash first before cooking it)

drain

then, use a pot, boil the amount of water specified from the agar-agar packet, with pandan leaves together.

wait till the water boils, then remove the pandan leaves.

put in the clean agar-agar..

and stir until the agar-agar disolves entirely.

add in sugar to taste, i am a sweet tooth person. For 1 normal packet of agar-agar, i added 8 tablespoons of sugar... just right. agar-agar should be comsumed sweet.. :)

keep stirring and then remove from heat.

have some plates, and separate those agar-agar into them.

add in individual color, just like these:

leave it to harden and cool down, then, cut them into cubes and put it in a bigger mould.

like this...

mix it up

then, wash another packet of agar-agar, and boil another portion of water. with pandan leaves too if preferred.

while waiting for the water to boil, mix the instant coconut with some amount of water.

make sure, that amount of water to be removed from the boiling pot, otherwise, the agar-agar will become softer..

eg, i use 300ml to mix the coconut, so I took away 300ml of water from the pot. and pour it away...

bye bye



when the water boils, add in agar agar and stir till it dissolves.

then, add in the coconut milk.

add in salt to taste. (i added mine 2 teaspoons)

mix all throughly and pour into the mould with the earlier prepared colorful agar-agar.

let it harden and cool down.

end result

tasty agar agar!!!

Really.. im totally over-bored, I went visit the lamest seremban funfair near downtown..

I have nothing to say/ speak/comment. Totally B-O-R-I-N-G.... no fun.

No, you wont see me in any of those. I've retired from funfairs.. except pretty merry-ro-round. fun fairs merry-go-rounds are NEVER PRETTY..

sucky schedule

sigh... schedule's out again.. and this time, I have nothing to look forward to..

I just felt so heavy to fly seeing the same schedule again and again..

another atlanta and frankfurt.. and damn lot of quick turn.. so sien...

seriously, twice frankfurt is enough for me.. there's really nothing to see or go in frankfurt. unless somebody wants me to get them an LV or branded stuff... cos I cant afford to buy myself one...

plus im not really feeling great today.. even though its chap goh mei.. last day of CNY..

I miss him again. and i actually called him yesterday.. crying and stuff..

but yet nothing changed.

this make it even heavier when i see that boring schedule.. at least if they give me paris, i have something to look forward to.. but frankfurt....... sigh...
