What you need: Applying Business License for Kajang area(MPKJ)

If you're squimpish (like my boss) to pay a runner to apply your license, here's MY guideline.. (for MPKJ area only) cos I can't find the most updated one online - and I ended up traveling thru and fro MPKj and Bomba Pandan Indah A FEW TIMES! *angry and so gonna claim my petrol and toll fee!! 

p/s Runner fee can cost from RM500 or more depending on your agent.. but you know cos they really do run around here and there to apply your business license!!

pp/s Don't ask me any other business license/hotel/restaurant etc though, cos I'm not expert so I don't know...

Business Category: SME in Shop Lot

First, this need time to prepare, so go get it BEFORE you go MPKj and Bomba:

Fire Extinguisher. And its copy of Cert aka Sticker with your Company name, address and expiry date (depends on your shop lot size, those contractors will advise you how many extinguisher you'll need) Apparently you must go thru a contractor to apply Fire Extinguisher cos Bomba no longer want to receive cash for individual applications...

Before going to MPKj, prepare:
 - 1x I/c picture of owner or applicant
- 1x photocopy I/c of owner or applicant (crossed MPKJ)
- 1x photocopy of SSM/Borang D, M&A or Form49.
- 1x photocopy Tenancy Agreement between premise owner and the Owner/Company Name for this business license (make sure it is Duty Stamped and it's visible in the photocopy version)
- 4x photocopy business premise's CF (Certification of Fitness)/Grant (ask from Landlord)
- 4x photocopy latest Assessment[Cukai Taksiran] (attached with proof of payment) MPKj divides its assessment to Jan-Jun / July-Dec... if you're applying on 1st July, make sure you/landlord have paid the July Assessment fee...
- 4x Signboard Visual (Color printed in A4 paper)
- 4x photocopy Business premise floor plan (Ask from Landlord)
- 4x photocopy Location of business premise (ask from landlord or use google maps to print)
- 4x Pictures of Front, 4x pictures of Back, 1x picture of Side(if applicable) & 2x pictures of Inside of Business Premise (COLORED)
- If the Business owner is not going to apply the license with you, prepare a Company Official Letter to appoint you as representative..

Luckily MPKj is "quite"updated with Information Technology.. I found a link for the form  MPKj/LESEN/PP-01 for you to print and prepare before you to and press that bloody number in Licensing Dept in MPKj and waittt... *roll eyes

Fill up the form with all the prepared documents and Sign and Company Chop.

Now go tp MPKj and press that button and waittttttt......zzzzzz....maybe prepare a takeaway coffee, charged up your smart phone or bring a powerbank and handsfree to catch that drama while waiting... lol

If all documents is good to go, the staff will give you a Bomba letter and ask you to go to Bomba Pandan Indah (yes... from Kajang now you go to Pandan Indah) to get a Chop (Bomba said they will randomly pick to go check your premise... )

Now BEFORE your Bomba trip; Prepare this:

1x photocopy Owner/Registrant IC Copy(crossed)
1x photocopy Borang SSM/Form 49 or whatever license you have
1x photocopy business premise's CF (Certification of Fitness)
1x photocopy Business Premise floor's plan
1x photocopy Google Map of Business Premise's Location
1x Front Shop Picture(Colored)
1x Back Shop Picture(Colored)
1x photocopy of the Fire Extinguisher Sticker

Now I have no idea where to get this form "Lampiran 8" Borang Pemohonan Sokongan Lesen Perniagaan cos it was only given to me there and then to fill, can't find it online... so bring your company chop as well.. I guess anyone can sign the form...

Since June 2018(written there) Applicant/representative also need queue to sit at the one and only computer there and fill up a google doc and submit to them..

This is where they want to see your Fire Extinguisher Cert...

Once everything ok, the officer will ask you to write your name at the "guest book" and CHOP your form(given by MPKJ) and you may leave... yay!

...... Now drive back to MPKj and submit again your stack of documents with this chop-ped Bomba form... MPKj closes for lunch 1-2pm and 12-2pm(Friday) so check your own time. If you submit near to 1pm, they will ask you to return after lunch hour to pay and collect the MPKj License.

So that's it!! I hope I didn't missed any important points!! Good Luck!!

Advise: find a reasonable Fire Extinguisher Contractor... Some can over charge.. Good luck  - squimpish Boss/Boss representative  =D

Another Update of My Life...

Can you imagine I started this blog at 21 years old and "mg keng mg gok" its already 10years!!

Sadly the main purpose of my blog (which is to share my happiness of travelling and life then) changes to become a platform for me to rant my anger, hatred and sadness.. things I have to express out or else I'll go crazy and theres no other place.. Perhaps my ego is too high to rant to people around me, or just didnt wanna worry them.. hahahaha but funny thing is, ranting to a public blog is OK cos people may or may not know me to judge me (at least face to face) and nobody have time for blogs nowadays anyways... hehehehehe

Being having a huge ego, and also self control of not letting everyone know too deep about me and my problems (I dont know, stalker?) (yes call it ego too) sometimes I dont post my stories, occasionally I still update my blog, but they ended up as "saved as drafts" but at least I ranted out..

More blabberings again..  lol

The most famous title in this blog now is probably my Public bank branch codes.. heheh and many googler contributed to it too.. haha. at least something is useful in here. Once upon a time it was my Coke Museum visit in atlanta.. but too many people "visited" that page, from all over the world and I had since retrived it having felt uncomfortable so many people viewed it >D

So update of my life.... ... ... Mom to 2 girls, 4 and 2.5 as of today, still working with husband albeit it wasn't fun, money wasn't enough(for me to spend like how it used to be), loooong hours, no holidays...sometimes face bad mood from OWN HUSBAND!! lol 

But somehow as I stepped into the 3-0ss, I have a strong believe I can't just sit at the office, and sulk with my salary..I thrive to achive more!! (I sincerely want to help my husband so quiting is not what Im gonna do unless I became a Millionaire, although there were tough times.... I may have thought to quit many times.. but a sincere heart to help my husband Im planning to stay.. unless the husband ask me to quit and have lotsa $$$ for me >D) and how I wish I have plenty of time to make more $$ by myself.. there are many things I could do... or buy... You know laaa everything got expensive, gst, inflation.. how much is enough right?

And being in my 3-0s.. Anti Aging has become my concern.. 30 ady maa.. wrinkles and old age.. and with my lastest craze of K-drama.. dark eye circle T__T (When else can I catch my drama when Im busy during the day and before my kids is asleep??)

When you talk anti aging with me before my 3-0, I will be intersted but not on top of my priority.. Now, I want that machine that tightens my flabby tummy skin, I want that all in one skin care robot that put on customized serums and moisturizers for me, I want that lifting serum that LIFTSSS my cheeks!!! I want that supplement that keeps me energized and clear my toxic and regain my youthful body! I want that! I want this!!

So so many things I wanna OWNNN!!!

Hahahaha... Well.. I guess enough of blabbering for me today.. Hopefully next update I can tell you I manage to OWN THEM ALL and thrived!!

How should I start... I am pissed..

This is not the first time. Caught him once wechat FLIRTING with the china masseuse (but from the conversation the masseuse just want business, since he is not in China = no biz = no layan... ) fine~ i kept quiet

(googled: and if hangky panky happen in massage center, heavy fine and passport blacklist if caught *thumbs up*)

I noticed something weird these two days.. he will quickly close the chat when he saw me approch.. like hiding something.. Although its written in Chinese, I am sure they are not talking business.. :(

So choice: Ignore or check. Ignore it as a normal chit chat. Perhaps he want to destress.. As long as he brings in the meat and not get caught by me... ignore.......................

But... I cant do it..

Yes random person(but FEMALE!).. who knows later chat till enter the head, flirting become infatuation and they plan to meet up?  What happen next? And who knows where is the location of this chatters? He have to work outstation every month.. few outstations.. and overseas trips.. his brother who follows him overseas may or may not know about it. And just say if it happens and BIL knows and dont tell me how???? Who knows where he will meet some random strangers and till what extend? hotel rooms is not expensive nowadays... I've seen much true stories.. Say outstation but actually gone holiday with lovers, or lovers follow along in business trips.

Prevention is better than cure~~ there no cure for this anyway..

You see, we are in a business. But we are not rich. When you have more income, you wanna live better, you want a better car, a better house, better school for the kids.. better food, better clothes and shoe to be on par with the business "expats". But because we are in business, its it is always better to be safe and have some backup of $ and so, entertainment towards me and the kids is lesser(i mean expensive holidays) and his reason is "gotta work or else no income".. "gotta keep some $ cos economy is low" "kids is still too young to travel far"

I trust him, I pitied him, I made myself to save...But what if those "extra" income is used to entertain lovers?

I regret everly forever.

I help him to work with low pay. Yes, I have no commitment, and he brings in the meat. But low pay really makes me insecure. And I dont have much savings to survive... What if D day suddenly comes (touch wood)?? but what if? How do I survive when I cant even afford to buy a house?

What job am I capable of?? Everything have to be restarted.. and you need lotsa $$ and support to do so isnt it?


So free to chat with random strangers, why not help me with the house chores? Wash the clothes/fold the clothes and clean the dishes and mop the floor la! Why should I be the one doing it?

And he wanna win over this situation!! Like I dont know his strategy already!

I'm spending my birthday ALONE.. In osotto... Which is something I've planned since last month..

Away from work, away from kids, always from husband.. It's a pampering day for my own self. If everything goes well, so will next year birthday be.. Another pampering day for only me...

Sometimes I felt the life decision I made sucks. And that's how I'm not contented in this life anymore..

If I have insisted to get OUR OWN HOME before marriage.. Life probably is better now.. I'll be MARRIED to my husband, not his family as well.. Which will make me more sane...

If I have not been so h**rny and lazy and san that condom.. I don't need to get married that early. Probably get to enjoy a few more years of single life happier with a boyfriend. And maybe a few more years in KE too..

I shouldn't have help my husband in his biz.. Not that I'm a bad wife.. But this business have taken us apart... All the stress from the business, brothers, workload, responsibilities making us drifting further.

At times I have bad thoughts of getting a divorce and freeing myself from this self-brought torturous life..

Marriage.. Sometimes I do wonder what is it for apart from binding us legally as husband and wife.. I was waaaaay happier before i got married..
Marriage is like you're automatically bound to do the extra house chores and paperwork of your husband.. And I didn't see that in our "marriage contract"

And since this kids.. Life is less sweet and excited as before marriage

Marriage makes a man(some men) think it's time to be more responsible with life and hence.. Less spending in entertainment.. More investment in a better life.. More savings=less fun

Good.. But not happy..

I don't get it, is it only my husband or everyone is like that?

Marriage makes guys think they have won the courtship and so, no need to put effort in loving the wife more, surprising her, showering more love... Which I think it's nessesary to keep the fire burning... Lifetime..

Marriage means you can be pouty or frowny to your wife and speaking less lovingly to her and she can't do anything cos she married to him... Unless the D word comes over... Which everything is too late to recover...

Yes I know social media is where we show everybody the happy parts. So I see people spending fortunes to go holiday overseas and get a hinge of jealousy. Yes we may not know probably she had arguements with her husband a day before, or work like shit at home before the trip, or family stress upon her before this trip.. But still.. Flight to LA and JW Mattiot hotel? Fuh..

But that jealously turn to sadness that my passport was not as fully used like last time. Jet setting to so many countries.. Enjoying life.. The the self questioning will appear asking did I marry the wrong guy? I should have choosen xxx instead.. I shouldn't have resign that job that at times make me unhappy and lonely but still get to let me fly around, shop around and earn MORE money...

Some incidents just make me think. Why me?? Why must it be MY DUTY to laundry the clothes, iron the clothes, filing the bills, make milk for my kids, cooing them to sleep, settling their tantrumous cries, cleaning the house.. Etc.. When I also have a full time office job? Where are my alone time? I cant even stay back slightly later in office to surf the internet! and I cant even do it at home! What life is this???? Am I not belong to myself anymore once im married with kids?????

Why I should contemplate with earning a mere 2k job and should be contemplating when ITS NOT ENOUGH???

Why should I save and spend less because I earn so less???

Why why why.. This questions will never get a satisfactory answer.. It's just things you "should" do when YOU ARE MARRIED...

Little Annoying Things #6

Many things happened lately... on MIL, FIL and BIL It'll be a looooooooooooooooong story to tell here.. lol..

Anyway, that annoying thing that made me snap yesterday... When I must do the work and must do it quick when commanded.

Everyone is so into the HK drama now (Empress of China) and Annabell (whom having mild-recurring fever this few days) is feverish again.. at the most kancheong time!

CHING EE MUST GIVE MEDICINE IMMEDIATELY

Why only me? Your son cannot go?? YOU Cannot go..???? its at the kitchen only what.. I MUST GO RIGHT AWAY??? 

So I snapped!!

I just say can I give her the meds after this drama? Its just another 15minutes left! And there is no advertisement in between! Why must ONLY ME sacrify the most kan-cheong part of the drama? Another 15minutes wont kill!! (its not emergency situation what)

And YOU of all people get to rewatch the drama again and again the WHOLE DAY NEXT DAY!!!! 

I doubt I have time... So much to do and nobody help...

But in return I got scolding from Henry. What the fuck??

Henry said I should just reply "wait" but dont he know his mom by now??? the reply "wait" is not gonna shut her mouth! She keep commanding until I go! If I dont go henry also unhappy! Because I didnt listen to his MOTHER!

I couldn't believe it at first... Malaysia's most favourite baby lotion (J&J) is a safety hazzard product. (link1)-dated 28/5/2013  (link2)-dated 13/8/2013 And most of us bought it to use on our newborn's delicate skins..

Annabell pretty much finished TWO LARGE bottles... and a few more bottles of those travel sized...
Thank goodness Annabell's skin didnt have any reaction to them.. Because Annabell have no reactions, so I got the same brand for Alivia and started using it since she got back from the hospital (Annabell started using J&J like around 5-6mths as I got 2 bottles of organic lotions on sale during mother expo.. it was good, but expensive, so I switch!)  

But due to Alivia's body more prone to sensivity/redness, she tends to have red patches around her body... We thought it was ezcema.. and very hardworking-ly slab on a lot of those ezcema creams.. sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't.. and I heard (not yet done my own research ) those ezcema creams doctor gave HAVE Steroids too! and then from red it became white patches.. We still think it was ezcema, and doctor said it will go off later..

Then.. J&J lotion finished, and I didnt have time to buy another bottle (if you know my story) I managed to find some leftover bottles of organic lotions (no idea who gave or left it at home, not expired yet, probably left by MIL day-care babies) and used it on Alivia. The first tube was Sebamed. But I hated its thick consistency. My hand could never "slide" over my baby's body.. felt like Im rubbing her instead =_="

So I tried the Bud Everyday cream and yes, smells nice, smooth and guess what? Alivia's body have lesser and lesser red pathces!   What else? Maybe Alivia is sensitive to some ingredients in J&J lotion.. So I got myself another tube of Bud's Everyday Organics Baby Cream. Waaaaaay more expensive than J&J (J&J retails RM20~ for 500ml then, Buds RM35.9 for 150ml on a discounted online website and RM50++ on baby shop...) but what to do right?

Anyway.. Since Annabell started daycare(another story, another time), I thought she need lotions after her bath there (I've stopped applying lotion to Annabell since she is around 2years old, MIL said she apply it once in a while, but since somebody is applying her lotion, why not? heheh..) and there isn't any J&J lotions at home anymore, I went out to get a tube. The pharmacy have a varieties of normal lotions, so I thought I check out their ingredients and see which is the best..

To my HORROR... they all contain cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol (ain't alcohol evaporates and leaves your skin even drier????) fragrance(it is fine, but link1 said J&J had a lot of fragrance in it that it scales a dangerous no8 (1 is the safetest), Dimethicone(What? Link said danger level 3 and " a silicone-derived emollient, is that its occlusive nature (meaning that it coats the skin with an impenetrable layer) can cause irritation when sweat gets trapped underneath. Not only are synthetic silicones non-biodegradable, but they also may accumulate in the liver and lymph nodes, where they may foster the growth of tumors." TUMORS?? OMG Mother F! ), Methylparaben, ethylparaben! propylparaben! (PARABEN!) OMG I dont even..! , Titanium Dioxide!? Aluminium Hydroxide?? ALUMINIUM in BABY'S LOTION???  Acetate??? I use acetate to remove nail polish!

I started Herbalife since Feb 2013 - after CNY, and was pregnant with Alivia @2nd month.

Wanted to have a healthy eating lifestyle and diet for me and my pregnancy (during my pregnancy with Annabell I got really fat and water retention... thanks... Anmum!) and my bestie keep telling how I should start now as it benefits my baby as well as me, and even after giving birth I will help me to slim down faster... and...

that time I just got my bonus so have extra moolah... i decided to try... hehehe

if you read my post here, last year I said I have once joined HB before like 10years back when I was still a student... I PAID RM80 for their membership but no money to buy their product so my money just GONE like that... T_T

the pros & cons for joining HB now and previous:

Now: They have health clubs to mix your drink for you. Good for lazy people (like me) or busy people (like me... lol) as drink is served for you at a price.
-so you pay their montly fee - in my case RM360 for 30days (equivalent to RM12 per cup)  their card are like a attendance card with boxes to be ticked off, so everytime you come to drink they sign on a box. In my case:- I dont/cant come everyday (sometimes late for work sometimes lazy and I wanna EAT breakfast) so my card can stand for like 45days instead of 30 days... hahaha..  or if you dont want to pay that much, you can pay for your cup daily @ RM14... RM2 more expensive.. you count the maths. update: they have now shifted and thier new card is RM120 for 10 times, finish 10 you buy another 10....
Then: Join member, go to their motivation courses, buy products to drink it yourself. Just like that. Water + Shake. If you just started you get hungry so fast cos the shake is too light for those who normally have normal breakfast.

Now: Shared fruits.
- They used to cook barley everyday (and cool it down) and put in 2 scoops to the shake for more fulfilling meal. And also fruits of the day. So they can buy a whole watermelon and since so many people drink the shake daily, the watermelon finishes in a day. Only that they don't have luxurious fruits like peach, strawberries, avocado la.. too high cost.. lol.. if you buy a watermelon at home, how soon can you finish the fruit? Don't say watermelon, apple also cant finish in one shake right!
But now they have newer strategy: 2 scoops of Oats, and a banana... They said they copied vietnam style, and focus on the nutrition in the shake and not the additional fruits. but I believe it is cut cost, and less work.

 Now: They have additional Protein to add to the shake to promote muscle growth. Also have other products to boost their shakes like Omega3, Aloe drinks, teas etc..
Then: Im not sure they have these things or not 10 years ago... no money to buy then T_T


Now & Then: Price. They are not cheap. If you are not a member you buy them at retail price (wondering can I annouced the price or not?) Join member and you be at distributor level and get them at 25% cheaper.. and for even more discounts you have to buy like A LOT (im talking few thousands Ringgit), earn 500vp points to be at Senior Consultant level. and they have many more level where you need to maintain a certain point every month else you wont get more discounts. Their member price is a yearly thing..

I joined their membership.. but then I found out I wasnt/are not capable to be that active to level up ( I am still at distributor's level now cos I only buy and drink them myself) Im not sure why but my circle of friends are either those who dont believe in MLM or just couldn't afford.. I tried to ask them to join but they never "appear" so I'll just leave it at that.

Since my bestie joined and have a few supporters, she managed to level up to Senior Consultant and there I buy my products from her account... my advise is no need join member unless you are 100% sure you can work up from there and make herbalife your income source. But provided your upline willing to let you use their account to buy the products la.. if your upline not willing what can you do right? (I heard its "illegal" to share account lar... but those are rumours so that everybody must join member ma)

Im not saying their product is bad, just expensive for a normal, normal low income person, . Diets are expensive. Only few can afford. If not how they can manage to have such a BIG Corperation right? How your upline get incomes right?  No $? Do it naturally - eat less, eat healthy, stay away from fast foods and high carbs food, rest more, drink more water, work out.. eventually you can lose the fats.. but more hard work lor..

I did not get bloated during pregnancy, which is good... but of course, I did gain weight.. But I never follow their "proper" way lar, I only took it to replace breakfast. In the begining I drank it at 8.30am but got hungry by 11am.. now.. I manage to wait until 1pm lunch time. The "proper" way was morning 1 shake, 4pm 1 shake, before sleep 1 shake at night.. but eating like that will cos a BOMB... so.. yeah

As I write this post, Alivia is 4months. I slimmed down quicker compared to Annabell's time, but I still have that baby bump like I'm 4months pregnant...lol... I still did not/couldn't follow their proper way.. lol.. I prefer to EAT FOOD than DRINK FOOD..

hahahaha... yeah... that's probably me and my reasons..

Happy New Year 2015!!

So fast time passed... haha.. no I do not have a resolution this year.. never gonna make it anyway..

But from this year onwards, I'm gonna have little post on every annoying things I can post of that's happening to me. Let see by end of this year, how many things had me annoyed.. hahaha

Why you so choosy...?!

Sometimes, I feel sad that hubby is choosy at food. Growing up typical chinese way, his mum cooks noodle, fried meehoon, rice for breakfast for him since young. (Not like purposely cook for him only la, the whole family, I guess probably his mum need to work so she cook those full filling food so they won't get hungry that fast?) off track a bit, I also grew up eating bread for breakfast, rice or noodle for lunch/dinner but I get bored eating same thing everyday and now I like to try on new food/explore new food like western, japanese, korean.. Etc

So, I don't get it when hubby only wants rice. Rice. Rice. *sigh*

Like last week, I suggested we celebrate his birthday earlier cos this weekend is winter soltice and his mum gonna cook and have family dinner. So happen we were in klcc and I suggest western and he kinda reluctant to want to eat western. Well, klcc don't have nice chinese food and we are only the 2 adults that actually eat, can't order a lot. Then we passed by japanese restaurant and I said ok jap food got rice.. He like "ok la ok la" not the  "wow let's try some japanese food" kind 

So we ordered some Japanese set they have and he choosed FRIED RICE as additional order #musteatrice. =.=" *sigh*

And I'm not sure he was rushing that night to go home for soccer, or just not that into the jap food... he ate most of the rice and I ate most of the set's food or sashimi, tempura etc (he tried each of them once and he's done and left them for me... I'm not sure he wanna let me eat more or he's done laa..) but that dinner was a rushed one and I felt not enjoyable... I didn't even have chance to take a picture/family picture! And alivia was cranky cos she sleepy and need me to soothe her aka rock her to sleep. Made a bit fuss there in the small restaurant.. Hmmm. 

Made me not sastified instead. Although he doesn't seems to be.. Dunno leh.. Sigh... I felt when I'm out with him nowadays I'm in a rush and can't buy anything. My trip to the mall is only walk around. Didn't even window shop not enter any shop unless that shop have his things or I really need to get something in that shop... He just wanna get thru it and find a place to sit, smoke and iPad-ing. Then ask me to walk around myself. Sad. 

Or course, our outing at least now includes Annabell so he can't smoke if bell is there so while he sit and enjoy I have to push annabell and shop around. How troublesome? Those narrow aisle is so hard to navigate. No need to buy clothes cos need to try. How to leave Annabell out? Thank goodness nowadays I don't really clothes shopping in the mall(thanks to my turning-Aunty-style-downgraded-and-stingy-to-get-branded wear) 

If I go out to shop alone (I doubt hubby let lor.. Esp alivia is so young now...) I am definately in a rush too cos either hubby will rush me home soon (keep calling with a seriously annoyed tone cos why-am-I-not-home-yet-pissed) or I'll feel guilty and worried hubby can't manage 2 kids or I will have stress in my mind that mil is gonna call me soon so just hurry up and finish already kinds of felling. I'm really unhappy like that. Better not shop right?

Anyway main point of this post is I just saw some ex colleague honeymoons trip to Hawaii and how her hubby seems so happy and so excited like that trying new food in Korea and Hawaii and food my excolleague used to eat when we layover and taking cool laughing pictures and here I am thinking hubby will not eat this, won't eat that. Dislike korean, don't like food w/o rice. How to go holiday when he need rice to survive?? I was doubting he won't enjoy his trip!

How to go Europe when rice/asian food is scarce. Have to like eat meat and western kind of food the whole trip? Heck he dislike pasta!! *horror*

I mean when we dating that time although he less keen on western food he swallow them still but after marriage only he showed his true color of disliking many food? It's so depressing! I feel depressing..!

Not only that. He doesn't like to try new food even though it's asian food! I've been pestering him to try the "boat noodle" for weeks and he seems not keen to go. I'm not sure why lor.. Yes I heard the noodles is normal la just for the sake of some pics and selfie but he is not keen to go try! My point is that! And it's not even expensive! 

Instead today he went to eat "ban Mee" alone at a new shop nearby. And his game obsession with his iPad/phone really irritates me. He can no longer sit down for a nice face to face chat. Yes he is listening to you while you talk but it's just not right. 

Right now I'm like looking for ways to save our sweet times but yet it seems to be ignored :'(

I don't have flutter feelings when I watch other shows like Vampire Diaries, twolight... and TVD even have MORE erotic scenes!

10/2/2014 - Candice told me about the Healthy drink store (told me a few times, I didn't really take note cos I thought I wont have the time to stop by) name Mornz near my house so people actually go in there and have a breakfast drink before work, or takeaway... RM14 per drink and you can choose your preferred flavor or have their Special of the day. Their promotion for first timers is buy 5 free 2 and you can decide to buy their 30days or 15? days package later...

To tell the truth this is the 2nd time I join Herbalife. First time was 10 years ago *gulp* when I was still a poor student... the way they market then was look for more people and you make more $ and as a desperate poor student... and I had RM80 in my pocket... the easily influenced Alison throw her money into becoming a member... bought only a box of energy bar to try.. and that's it. Then I felt all their product is over expensive and poor me cant afford...

Back to now, their membership is RM94? and yearly renewal for active member is 38 if not mistaken... (lazy to take the price list out and read)

I have been aiming for a good diet and slim down that ever growing belly. after numerous tries of diet pills and lotions and failed exercise regime, I wanted to try something that works. A dealer dealing with my office is using Herbalife (bringing the Herbalife labeled drinking bottle around Everytime she comes) and I had asked her some questions. She even showed me how fat she was 2 years ago after delivering her son. Tempting to join but the monthly commitment is a little high.. apart from the expensive products, I am to stop having morning breakfast, and dinner and replace them with their shakes... I doubt I can achieve that. And MIL always cooks for dinner... and frowns/nags if I skip them... :-/

Anyway, I finally put my foot down and tried it. By first trying their morning shake, as their "healthy bar" opens at 7am, and they had them all blended up with additional fresh fruits and oats.

13/2/14 - special shake of the day: Strawberry-Banana-with barley. Yumz

It simpled up my life and no need to dicipline myself to wake up extra early and prepare myself a shake. You dont know how "big" the kitchen is and MIL wakes up so early. I doesn't fit me in. The mess, the washing, the heat... hmm.. many many reason to not want to step in there....

Now I just wake up half an hour early to prepare myself and go the Mornz and order my drink and drink my shake while I drive to office. So easy! My challenge now is night time. I already bought a set of Formula 1 and am suppose to drink once at night. I do hope I can make it.

Also got their aloe concentrate (remove air and *ehem* toxins) and their omega oil (good for brain and I-forgot-what) hehe.. 

Trying it right now as a healthy supplement, if its good, I'll make Henry to join, and see how.. I'm not sure can I get members or not.. hehe... if I get active member I can have more points and earn some moolah lar... ;)

#throwback First crafty-worthy project I did

Ya. I abandoned ya'll again... Sorry~~

So I'm gonna join a tag crafty workshop tomorrow @ scrap-n-crop (it's free and "sponsored", just bring own stash! And that's how a started rummaging my boxes of "treasures" and found this: 

Back in 2011 I guess.. My first "Vintage Mini Album" project. And how I started hoarding craft worthy tools. Lol

I don't remember if I ever blogged bout this yet. But yeah Imma repeating it today and post this to me " I made this" album in fb later. Teehehehe. 

How I found S&C? Started my first ever scrapbooking with some simple stickers and silver pen on A4 paper, and feeling not satisfied with the end work, I started googling ideas how to scrap better and started taking down pictures and examples in the world wide web.. Till date I have at least 2000 pictures took down and ideas and reference. But only done 3 layouts :( I blame on time, space and procrastination. :((

Anyway when I found those references I started looking for the tools they use to create and lead me from USA online scrapbooking stores amazon and eBay to finally trying to look for stores in Malaysia and online (don't have a car then. Shop online no need people to fetch me and wait for me impatiently.. Lol)

And how I found S&C :))

And when they offered a project and I didn't even know what mini album is... I join in to see what's in it. 

And from that class I learned what is crackle paint, stickles, emboss, tinting, ways to "vintage" a brand new metal box, and so many kinds of stamps out there that I can use and want them all!! WOW..! *over-board-hyper-to-the-max-wish-I'm-a-millionaire-and-buy-them-all*

Update: The pictures posted is pixelated, albeit I'm already using phone quality photos, compared to a DSLR picture :( And photos are posted at their original setting, so large pictures get offset and needed adjustment from a computer... hmm.. Meh, just bored, distracted by YouTube and fb that made me didn't not manage to do my pedicure even after #babyisasleep early.. And lying down on bed and finding ways to blog more efficiently. Downloaded a new apps Dayre and I thought it links to blogger but no.. So Imma gonna delete that app.. No time to maintain so many things and in a mini-limited-space-i5-that-is-getting-fuller-with-baby-vids-and-pic (ya a long story on why I got myself a 16Gb i5 instead of 32Gb one day) And trying if by using apps my new self-create signature will pop up or not.. No la, not a big deal about this site, but rather, things I have bought...

I wanted to do this so long ago, but ever since with job+baby, blogging took a back seat.. :(

Hell, everything took a back seat, my scrapbooking, my crocheting... haih...

I have a slight time today also because I'm slighty free-er and probably due to lack of sleep(baby having flu and cough, she can't sleep will, neither will mummy), I'm in a dreamy day and have ignored doing my work today. (Then container got hold by custom and no stock arrive yet so more free la... )

Ok back to topic

I guess I started with Groupon.. then more website started getting my emails from I-don't-know-where-and-how and in the end more and more this kind of "discount" site pops up.

Well I would say some stuffs you can't find in retails start popping out. Its good, as this kind of portal gives opportunities to SME a kick off in their biz I think? (But I heard those merchants need to have at least a sum of cash as some site only release payments MONTHS after their item close deal and you need lotsa $ to buy back stuff in bulks for cheaper price..etc) but I only heard rumors.

Some item they might sell quite expensive in retails (rental, utilities bill, salary and profits) so selling online in bulks is cheaper.. But that would be the beginning, now merchant gets smarter, people became lazy to shop out and opt to surf the internet more and rather buy online, some things are actually more expensive to buy with this kind of discount portal. (sorry for the long explanation)

Some quality is ok some not... I'm talking about products lar... I hardly buy services as in food vouchers or spas cos all those locations are quite far like in PJ or I don't have time. And I know la service like spas or facial or treatment is tactic for you to buy their packages.. if you are my reader you'll know what I worked as before... lol.. And my time is last minute, I can't seem to plan early now with baby..

So Hulala...

I think started my first Hulala purchase with a Forever21 bag. Back in March 13 (obviously I viewed back my purchase history.... lol)

I don't know is it an actual F21 bag or not la, who cares now anyway.. but I was looking for a sling bag for outing with baby tagging along, all my other bags are those large tote bags, no zip, heavy that deem troublesome when pushing stroller, carrying baby and baby bags and dangerous to thefts and robberies nowadays in Malaysia.

The price I would say cheap, compared to if you buy them directly from F21 store

I'm still using it till now so I give this bag a 9/10 point. It looks nice too, not too cheap looking. ^^

2) Next would be a Shawl type knitted cardigan..

RM33 is not expensive I guess? its "knitted" what... lol... I bought the one in pink as I thought it look sweet.. WORN ONCE.. That's it.. I doesn't cling to me like how it did to the model, probably cos the model is sitting still while I move about. And I believe the model is petite, Cos the cardigan didn't hang on my waist, feels more like a cropped cardi. And last I worn in I LOOK FAT INNIT! 

I'll give it 2/10...

But maybe I'll try it on again one day when I'm slimmer...  I'll let you know by then!

3) Third purchase with Hulala will probably be the As seen on TV "Amazing TV Whisk" 2 for RM55..

I shared with Candice.. But till now haven't have chance to use it yet.. By time I wanna cook an omelet I probably reached for a fork and whisked it already.. Nope not yet have a chance to make other things in the tiny crowded kitchen.. not even beating on fresh milk for a cuppa... (hmm I shall probably do that!) Perhaps it will serve its good when I moved? Let's hope :)

4) Then here goes the next purchase: Tattoo Stockings....

With the hit of tattoo stocking earlier, and I didn't get them during the rave cos I thought I wouldn't wear it and no where to wear... Then I saw pasar malam at my place selling them but not the design I wanted... So when this pops up in my email and its only RM22.9 I thought why not?They gave a measurement that a tall gal like me can fit, I went ahead...

The parcel arrived quick, I guessed cos it's ready stock, but I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! I couldn't even pull it up to my hips!!! Oh mai gawd!! 

This legging is for like really petite people! I think more like for kids cos I doubt my petite sister could fit into it! Damn disappointed... Gah!

Never trust everything selling in this online discounted sites...(Not hulala only, other sites also) No I didn't change it and I doubt wrong sizing gets to be changed, I am lazy to do so... oh I don't remember why.. I believe the "perks" for these online merchants for selling reject stuff or boasting-a-certain-item-to-a-certain-over-boasting-level is people get lazy to get an exchange or refund as there are tonnes of emails to reply to and forking out more $ to send back the faulty piece and then waiting ages and more emails and callings to do before finally getting a new pair or refund and in the end people (like me) just give up and put aside for donation or give away or just throw! Some merchants also tend to not reply or not answering calls. I have some exampleSS... I'll probably blog in another post...

5) 10 pcs of 24K Gold face mask with bone glue zymogen (what the hell is that) and crystal collagen? 

I bought this but they didn't come, instead got refunded in "credit points" Actually already like bought this pre-cautiously,  cos I don't believe REAL gold mask cost that cheap and 10pcs some-more.. and not refunded in cash, credit points means they "encourage" people too buy again from them!

Probably the merchant didn't get their MOQ... only 11 bought it! But then if not enough MOQ this sites normally continued their sale... hmm no idea...

6) Color Changing Egg timer

I believe I got it a bit higher than the actual price, Cos I don't believe it really cost RM42... And looking at the distorted packaging it arrives in, I believe it only cost like RM5 or lesser.. But what sold me?

It claimed to be able to make the egg yolk half cooked while the whites fully cooked(medium). Or maybe I misunderstood?

I remembered going to Sungkai hot spring and there is this "cooking" place where eggs are boiled for 7 minutes at their hot spring point and the eggs turned out like the medium picture. Whites fully hardens but yolk half cooked with some slight liquid-y flow.. yumz!!!

Bought a tray of eggs and tested on a newly bought mini electrical cooking pot in the office...

Turned down the heat for a nice pic. Timer started to yellow at the sides...

And I got a BOILED EGG :(

No, I did not stop there.. How can I give up so quickly!? I attempted more tries and I got either half boiled eggs or cooked eggs again. I tried medium heat, slow heat, I tried the timer at soft, in-between-soft-and medium, medium, and no eggs I wanted :( I stop here.. Shall paster hubbs to go Sungkai soon! I'm craving for that egg!

Stop ranting rubbish and going on next! Few more to go and gotta go home! (Yes I bought That many from ONE site in less than a year!) If I don't finish this blog today I doubt it'll be posted soon!

7) No 7 will be a 13pcs Hello Kitty figurine in Relax Time Collections..

I didn't know what got into me, but I wanted this set badly.. I gave it a 3rd-4th thinking and finally gave in and bought it. I checked it and the quality was not bad, and now I had it kept in Mummy's home at least till I have a display cupboard for the new home, If Bell is good I'll probably have it displayed in her room... or where-ever~

8) Blushing Hello Kitty 7pcs make up set

I only have 2-3 brushes for make up and what the hell, its full collection in pink! I have a use of it!

This is the main reason I die die stay in office so late (8pm now) and blog! (Can't blog it at home with baby) Sadly I ordered it in June and it never arrives.. I sent like dozens of emails and calls and merchant never reply.. Hulala replied and sorta dragged it long enough to give me a refund. Just got a "credit points" refunded today (5months!!) 9) Japanese Panda Rice Ball maker set

Well, this is a happy purchase! I like all kinds of cute Japanese stuff! (now you know why Daiso is my fave place to visit!) And I already dreamt of making cutesy food for my baby! Bentos anyone? Haha! But I only found out I got it a little bit expensive than Taobao after I paid for it.. order from TB I can get it at around RM20 and only takes 10 days, this have to wait one month! But not that baby Annabell can eat rice yet... lol!

No, didn't tried it yet.. will talk about it once I do.... Oh well..*shrugs* I'm kiasu like that...

If you notice all the print screen, all last day! no la although some I did bought it last day, some not but when I re-click the link on my history they pops up "last day" as that is the last time they edit the post before a deal closes...
